Focus will be given to alignment, breath-movement pairing and the principles of mindfulness. A great choice for busy minds, tense bodies and conflicted spirits. Suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Vinyasa Flow - A dynamic and upbeat synchronization of breath and movement intended to create warmth in the body. While concentrating on postural alignment and muscular engagement in both poses and transitions, the student will experience a challenging and energizing practice. A great choice for those looking to strengthen the body, while also channeling the benefits of conscious movement. Suitable for all levels of practitioners, however some yoga experience is encouraged.
Ashtanga Inspired Flow with Essential Oils - This Ashtanga inspired class will cover basic yoga from the primary series, linked with breath and end in savasana, keeping an eye on your alignment every step of the way. It is designed for all levels of yogis. This class is slower paced and focused on developing a clear, safe and comfortable practice. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
Rest and Restore Hatha Yoga - Shoulders and back tense from sitting at a desk? Mind racing from approaching deadlines and due dates? Body stiff and tense from daily wear and tear? This class is for you. An evening class intended to gradually prepare you for sleep. Participants will first centre the mind before moving through gentle restorative postures. As the stress and pressures of the day are forgotten, participants will experience a deep state of relaxation. Practitioners are required to bring a medium sized throw pillow for utilization in supported postures. Practitioners must be 16 years old to participate.
Yoga 101 for Adults - New to yoga? This class is for you! In Yoga 101 for Adults we’ll be building our practice from the foundation, up. Learn traditional postures in a workshop style format – breaking the poses down, learning safe and effective alignment, experimenting with variations and connecting poses together fluidly. We’ll also spend time learning about the principles of yoga, what it means to live mindfully and how our practice on the mat can be carried into our everyday life. A class intended to encourage confidence in your ability to do yoga.
Yoga and Meditation - Yoga postures strive to liberate the physical body of stress and tension, leaving us limber and more relaxed. This tranquil state allows the practitioner to better quiet the mind, leading to stillness. This class is specially designed to use mindful movement to stretch, unwind and free the body of strain before comfortably resting in meditation. Yoga and Meditation is a gentle, nurturing class that seeks to bring the practitioner into the most relaxed state possible. Please be prepared for 45 minutes of asana practice before beginning a 30 minutes meditation practice. For students aged 12+. No experience necessary.
Meditation - The quieter you become, the more you can hear. During this half hour class students will be led through a calming meditation practice. Practitioners will learn how to still the body and the mind so that they may examine the spirit more intimately. Inner introspective is a focus of this class. Students will have the opportunity to reflect on the experience of their meditation. In doing so, they become more conscious of their attitudes, feelings, behaviours and thoughts – both on the mat and off the mat. Self-awareness is necessary to knowing the authentic self. Suitable for all levels of practitioners over the age of 14.

Sunrise Hatha Flow - For the early bird! Skip the coffee - this energizing hatha flow will wake the body and stimulate the mind, equipping you to tackle your day with confidence. Traditional hatha postures and sequences are paired with fun transitions and inversions. The result is a fun and invigorating morning practice! For practitioners of all levels aged 14+.
Thank Goodness It's Friday Yoga - Fridays just got even better with TGIF Yoga! Kickstart your weekend with some movement at That Yoga Spot! What kind of yoga you ask? Well, we don’t’ really have an answer to that question - this class is teachers choice! With rotating instructors whose toes are dipped in various genres of yoga, you’ll get something new each week! Ashtanga, power, yang-yin, vinyasa, acro-yoga, restorative, hatha – you won’t know what you’re in for until you get there ;) For practitioners of all levels aged 14+.
Intermediation and Advanced Yoga - A class for seasoned yogis who are working on intermediate and advanced postures, variations and transitions, including inversions, arm balances, binding, balancing and some acro-yoga poses. This class is recommended for yogis with prior experience looking to expand their practice.
Yoga Lunch Break - Take a break from your work day to stretch out and zen out with Jenny and Robyn! This 40 minute yoga class is condensed to perfectly fit your lunch hour. Release tension and cope with work related stress in a healthy and constructive way as you move through a hatha inspired flow on Tuesdays and an Ashtanga inspired practice on Thursdays! For practitioners 14+. No experience necessary.
Prenatal Yoga - A class for all the INCREDIBLE human-making goddesses. A nurturing, safe and comforting practice for expecting mother's in various stages of pregnancy. Through guided yoga asana, meditation, conscious breathing exercises and affirmative education the body and mind are prepared for the birthing process and the journey of motherhood. With a strong emphasis on body-love and self-appreciation, participants will experience relaxation, stress reduction and tension alleviation. All levels of practitioners welcome. Sessions run for 6-weeks and are by registration only (drop in is not permitted).
Baby and Me Yoga - A fun class where parents are encouraged to bring their newborn infant(s) to the mat. Regain strength, flexibility and stamina as you bond with your new bundle of joy! This class includes a guided asana practice for parents as well as time for baby to enjoy their own yoga. Hold baby, talk to baby, sit with baby, stretch and massage your little one - incredible bonding can be created through touch and gentle, facilitated movement. Baby and Me Yoga is also a great opportunity for new parents to connect with other new moms and dads - creating a welcoming, secure and supportive community. Mom must be 8-weeks post delivery or 12-weeks post caesarian - baby must be a minimum of 8 weeks if dad is registering for class. Family Yoga - A fun and lively class shared with loved ones! Embrace the unconditional love that comes from being a family as you practice yoga with your daughter, father, aunt, brother, goddaughter, you name it! Kids Yoga (ages 5-10) - A yoga class designed for kids to play, discover and explore yoga! Yogis will play creative yoga style games, experience how reading comes alive with yoga, complete a yoga obstacle course, and complete a simple art project related to yogic themes such as peace, acceptance, love, honesty, contentment, gratitude and affirmations! Finally, we will wind down with a guided relaxation, breath work, and blissful savasana (rest).
She OMs It Tween Girls Yoga - This girls only class is full of beautiful smiles, contagious laughter, relaxation exercises and fun yoga that is aimed at empowering girls to live a happy, authentic, positive, powerful life full of kindness and compassion. This class also incorporates partner yoga emphasizing our strength and how when we work together we can do anything! In all classes we will work on breathing, calming the mind and finding our awesomeness.

This class is for is athletes in various sport/art disciplines looking for a strength and stretch practice that enhances their ability to succeed at their game.Yoga promotes body awareness and alignment, increases flexibility and strength, encourages breath-movement pairing, improves balance and coordination, enhances circulation and lung capacity and it can aid in the reduction of stress and anxiety. Youth Acro-Yoga - A super fun class that combines yoga asana with partner acrobatics! Students will generate spatial awareness as they work on inversions, arm balances and basic tumbling skills. In doing so, junior yogis will develop strength, increase their flexibility and gain confidence in their ability to participate in partner and group poses, stacks and stunts. This class requires yogis to work together and communicate in a positive manner to complete exciting, yet challenging partner postures! A youth favourite! For students between the ages of 6-14. No experience necessary.
Senior Teen Yoga - A class for teens with an emphasis on self-love, self-esteem and self-confidence. Teen yogis will gain strength, increase their flexibility and feel empowered as they practice traditional postures, funky variations, exciting sequences and various inversions and arm balances. Teens will learn about the importance of self-care and will reflect on how they can ensure they are nourishing their developing minds, bodies and spirits. Students will have the chance to practice different styles of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, acro-yoga and restorative yoga as Robyn and Jenny alternate teaching Senior Teen Yoga! For students aged 14-18. No experience necessary.
